Y-Towers Amsterdam: EUR 180 million financing secured

Vienna, 12. May 2017

The financing for the mega-project “Y-Towers” in Amsterdam has been secured. Together with iES Immobilien, INVESTER United Benefits is constructing the new landmark for the Amsterdam skyline until 2020, which includes a 110-metre high hotel tower and a 101-metre high residential tower.

The financing of what is currently the largest real estate project in the BENELUX states is being carried out by a consortium consisting of the two Dutch banks ABN Amro and FGH/Rabo. Through the equity financing, based on a bond listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, as well as the remaining equity, the financing of the project has now been secured.
